TimeScrub Helps You Scrub Your Time Entries

I’d like to describe the benefits of using TimeScrub, our upcoming product and introduce the team to you.

Overview:

TimeScrub is a tool for manipulating timesheet entries and cleaning them up for easy invoicing. Our tool makes it easy for you to import your time entries from a CSV file (almost like an Excel file). Soon, we’ll be making it easy to import your time logs from Basecamp, Harvest, FreshBooks, and a variety of other time tracking applications including Complete Time Tracking Pro.

We created TimeScrub for our own purposes and realized it would be a handy tool for others. We used to spend several hours every week manually merging time entries in Excel. We had difficulty keeping track of which time entries had been billed and only one person really ever knew what had and hadn’t been billed to clients.

We’re passionate about the value of tracking your time. Our team has used all kinds of time tracking tools. If you are looking for a time tracking tool we’d be happy to recommend one.

We’ve found that while there are many different invoicing tools, there are very few (maybe none?) that make it easy to scrub your time entries before you invoice them. Our goal is to make this process easier.

TimeScrub Features:

  • Rounding time entries to the nearest quarter hour

  • Import time entries from CSV file or from Complete Time Tracking Pro
  • Remembers what you have imported in the past and doesn’t import it a second time
  • Makes it easy for multiple people to review invoices online prior to sending
  • Easily see the amount of each invoice (based on hourly rate)
  • Create a PDF invoice

Planned Features:

  • Import your timesheet entries and categories directly from popular time tracking tools like Basecamp, Harvest, FreshBooks, Minuteglass, and many others
  • We’d like to integrate back with FreshBooks, Harvest, and even Blinksale so you can then send out your scrubbed invoices
  • History of changes with multiple levels of undo (so if you merge two entries, you’d have the ability to undo)

Who Should Use TimeScrub?

Anyone who struggles with invoicing timesheet entries. If you track your time and struggle with cleaning up your timesheet entries before invoicing your customers, then TimeScrub could be the solution for you.

If invoicing customers is something you put off because it takes too much time, you should try TimeScrub. In addition, if you have a desire to enable anyone in your company to prepare invoices, this tool makes it easy. You can literally have someone unfamiliar with your customers import time records and using the easy step by step process create invoices for review.

Pricing:
